RTS Computing

Glenn Borg established RTS Computing in 2000, after working in the IT industry as a programmer, systems engineer and project manager, holding positions with ICL, Fujitsu and IBM.

At RTS Computing we specialize in advice about sales, upgrades and repairs to home and small business computers. We cater for first time buyers and PC Novices through to advanced users.

We only stock quality components from major manufacturers. This policy has given us an excellent reputation for reliable systems.

We can call out to your home or business to carry out repairs, upgrades, or setup new equipment. There is also a fully equipped workshop located at 5 Hilltop Road, Wamberal, where you can drop your computer off for quality and timely repairs.

We pride ourselves with customer service and after sales support, in the hope we can maintain your business and trust in the future.

Based in Wamberal on the Central Coast of New South Wales we service the Gosford and Wyong areas.

CTIA Certified Technician

A+ Certification is a testing program sponsored by CompTIA that certifies the competency of service technicians in the computer industry. Anyone who wants an internationally recognized credential as a competent computer service professional can take the A+ examination. The program is backed by major computer hardware and software vendors, distributors, resellers and publications. Earning A+ certification means that the individual possesses the knowledge, skills, and customer relations skills essential for a successful computer service technician, as defined by experts from companies across the industry. The test covers a broad range of hardware and software technologies, but is not related to any vendor-specific products. To become certified, you must pass two parts -- the Computer Hardware Core and the Microsoft Windows module portion. When both the Core and the Windows portions are passed within 90 calendar days, the candidate receives the A+ designation.
